The restaurant proposes:

STARTERS: Vegetarian – with cheese, truffle, mushroom; Tuscan and Cinta Senese; Game; Fantasies of small pieces of toast.

FIRST COURSE: Home-made pasta – pappardelle, ravioli, tasty fagottini, cappelli di prete. First courses and risotto with truffles, with mushrooms, with Barolo and Chianti wine, with cinta senese and with game.

SECOND COURSES: Game (boar, deer, venison, duck, hare, pheasant, partridges, little birds), roasts, steaks and fillets cooked on the barbecue, fillets and sirloins.

SIDE DISHES: Seasonal vegetables au gratin, fried and grilled.

CAKES: Home-made cakes.

CELLAR: From the classical wines of Tuscany to the most important Italian wines. More than 70 labels of wines and champagne for any event.
